REFUND POLICY

All services provided by Generation Beta are strategic and consultative in nature. As such, payments made for Diagnostics, Architectures, or Partnership retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced. We encourage clients to ask all necessary questions before engagement to ensure full clarity and alignment.

Suppose we fail to deliver the agreed scope of work. In that case, we’ll take responsibility and either complete the missing deliverables at no additional cost or offer a partial refund based on the undelivered portion. Our priority is long-term trust, not shortcuts.
